We are pleased to announce that the ISAJE 2010
meeting will take place from 30th September to 3rd October
in Prague, Czech Republic. The venue is the Hotel
Josef in the heart of the old town.
Meeting events will be as follows:
Thursday 30 September - arrivals, evening welcome dinner
and drinks at the hotel- Friday 1 October - meeting programme, followed
by excursion and dinner at a restuarant in town
- Saturday 2 October - meeting programme, followed
by optional dinner in town
- Sunday 3 October - departures
The academic programme will include a variety
of informational, collaborative and planning activities that
have characterised previous meetings, and a more detailed
programme will be circulated at a later date.
We are pleased to say that the registration fee will remain
at €320, as last year, and will include the following:
the cost of the meeting programme, welcome reception, excursion
and dinner on Friday evening. Dinner on Saturday evening is
offered as an optional extra at €75 per person. Participants
are welcome to bring accompanying guests, who can join the
social events at a cost of €125 per person plus €75
if they wish to join the optional dinner on Saturday evening.
The hotel has guaranteed a special rate and availability for
all those who book before 30 April 2010:
- Standard double room, single use €131
per night
- Standard double room €141 per night
- Superior double room, single use €141
per night
- Superior double room €151 per night

note that if you book after this date, the hotel cannot guarantee
availability, or the special rate. All rates are subject to
10% local tax.
