The 2013 ISAJE annual meeting will take place at the NH Obradoiro Hotel from 25 to 27 September in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. The planned schedule is as follows:
- Wednesday 25 September – arrivals and welcome reception at the hotel
- Thursday 26 September – ISAJE meeting, followed by dinner at a local restaurant
- Friday 27 September – ISAJE meeting, followed by dinner at a local restaurant
- Saturday 28 September – departures
The academic programme will include a variety of informative, collaborative and planning activities that have characterised previous meetings.

The hotel has guaranteed a special rate and availability for all those who book before 25 August 2013:
- Single room: €98 per night, including breakfast
- Double room: €108 per night, including breakfast
